Fatty fish: Omega-3 fatty acids are one of the best gifts we can give to our body. They can improve our immune system and blood circulation. In addition, they can reduce our risks for certain types of cancer. Fatty fish contain huge deposits of omega-3 fatty acids. The American Heart Association advises people to have fish twice in a week.
Olive oil: Our body has two types of cholesterol good (HDL) cholesterol and bad (LDL) cholesterol. Needless to say, one should have more good cholesterol than bad cholesterol. Olive oil helps to not only lower LDL cholesterol but also increase HDL cholesterol.
